Winner of HICF 50/50 raffle donates $1,200 of winnings back to foundation

Wayne Crisco won the HICF 50/50 raffle at the 2024 Hatteras Village Offshore Open and donated $1,200 of his winnings back to the Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation.
